United Flowers of America by The Floss BoxHappy Monday! I am finding that my "to do" list of embroidery projects is just getting longer and longer. I keep finding great patterns that I can't wait to stitch up! This week I found The Floss Box, a fantastic shop on Etsy that is chock full of incredibly fun embroidery and cross-stitch patterns to purchase. There are science themed embroidery patterns, like mitosis, viruses and the planets (which I purchased to stitch up for my daughter, a space nut); a challenging map of the United States; a charming under-the-sea cross-stitch pattern; and lots of mandala patterns to choose from. I love them all! And then there are also state map embroidery patterns which can be used all together to make a very ambitious quilt, or individually on things like tea towels. Which is what I plan to do and then give them as gifts (see...long "to do" list!).
