for those times when you just want to sit and get stitching…all the “work” of picking fabric, pattern and thread has been done for you. I know that vintage items are not everyone’s “thing”, so this week I am showing off a couple of kits from EtsyNEAT members.

Made using recycled felt and embellished with hand-embroidery, these pincushions are so charming and cheerful. She has also put together some kits, like this wonderful peacock, so that with just a few basic hand sewing skills, you too can make one!
